I love the coast, could quite happily move to the seaside, I love walking on the beach any weather.
No posts for a while because we have been to the coast for a week, weather wasn't great but we had a lovely holiday. Not back in the zone with my crafting yet, too much washing, unpacking and ironing to do! not to mention back to work, hoping to retire anytime soon!!!!!!!!!lol.

When at a party for one of my son's friends I got the chance to hold a snake I was a bit wary but I did it and it wasn't so bad, in fact I quite enjoyed it. On a previous visit with my daughter's school trip I got the chance to hold an Owl my favourite bird of prey in the world! unfortunately I couldn't get a photo holding the owl, camera and watching a group of five year olds is a bit impossible!!!!

Last summer we didn't take a holiday instead we took loads of day trips, we found conkers on the web and decided to try it out. After 2 hours stuck in traffic on the M1 we arrived, but it was worth the wait and the kids had a brilliant day (so did we).

Its been a while, I am still looking for a better job, still fed-up with my existing job!!!!!! would really like to work for myself but its been very difficult, although I have enquired about a craft shop which is up for sale. They want a quick sale and as I don't know anything about running my own business its not giving me enough time to get my head round it, so thats on the back-burner for now at least. I have though almost finished my latest comission, 130 wedding invitations, I am pretty pleased with the results will post a photo when they are finished. Anyway TTFN.

I know its a bit late but better late than never I say! I have been so busy over Christmas and new year but some kind of normality is returning. Hopefully plenty of scrapping time to come I have loads of Christmas photos to scrap as the whole family came to ours on the day it was hectic but in a good way, everyone had a good day even my Grandad who is 91 years old. I hope that 2008 proves to be a better year alround, hoping to find a job more suited to me than my current one would even love to work for myself maybe photography related. Hope your 2008 brings you whatever you wish for ta ta for now. P
